swimming pool was a let down, very busy full of kids and nothing lije enough seats for the size of the hotel

gym is too small and felt like an afterthought given the size of the hotel

the breakfast is beautifully served in a fabulous dining room

the spa facilities were great and the breakfast was brilliant.

the pool chlorine was strong and hurt the kids eyes after two sessions in a day.

staff, nothing a bother, price, its location the live music, free parking all that and a superb breakfast thrown

gorgeous old fashioned room, very big, v comfy bed, excellent tea tray and excellent breakfast

my room was very nice--large, with a fireplace and a window on the street

having the bar below which sold food was really convenient

our room appeared to be above the kitchen or laundry so could hear machinery operating below..

they staff where nice. the room was a ok and the bed was comfortable. wifi was strong.

i could not get into wifi without going through facebook which i didi not want to do.

the laundry was efficient but the hotel provided two different price lists without explanation

we didn't see any prices on bar drinks until we checked out

dinner menu - only option minimum of 45 for two courses, but a wider choice available for room service

the waiting staff were all lovely, but, as the bar was not 'manned' on either night, i did need to go hunting

mother s day this was my first chance of a lie in for many months as i m a mother of 3 young kids

disabled room had no view except a vent from kitchens very noisy all day

we used this place as a adults get away break the staff are amazing we even made used of the room service 10
