the wifi was on and off.

cannot fault the reception, bar and restaurant staff for customer service

our 3 kids 18, 21 and 27 loved them

also, a kids breakfast menu would be great

really clean and tidy. the bar is nice with a good range of beers and the food was good too

only downside was that you couldn't connect to the wifi

a kids cooked breakfast cld be a good thing also

no wifi available in the bedroom.

loved the period features in the bedroom with ornate mirrors, feature fireplace and old suitcases, hat box &

time in that room and it's a room i'll remember for a long time - cosily decorated, along with a fireplace

although there is a well stocked mini bar and snacks available in your room (at a cost), a complimentary bottle

room had fully stocked mini bar fridge at reasonable prices

no restaurant or room service (but knew that before i booked)

they don't do breakfasts which means there's no early morning noise from a kitchen and the place doesn't smell

didn't try the room service breakfast this time maybe next time

was however quite a lot of dust on all surfaces in the room, and a coffee cup stain on the fireplace

wifi working so the tv couldn t play netflix or anything, couldn t even cast from my phone, i

basement rooms did not have reliable wifi coverage, and of course there's no phone reception either, being below

we had room service o e night which was excellent and very reasonably priced

10 charge per day for car parking and 10 extra per day for our pet

the gentleman at the bar was a little inattentive.

location and view, villa with spa pool was lovely and the food in the restaurant was top notch

bought some of their own gin main course was excellent as was the breakfast included in price was a bloody mary

wifi signal somewhat weak.

was facilitating an online training session from 7am and the wifi was superb

the breakfast was very nice and had a large range as well as being able to order from the kitchen

this well in advance of my stay but i still struggled, certainly on the first night as staff and kitchen just

great atmosphere and wonderful service in the squadron bar with a lovely outside seating area

- first room was above the kitchen extraction fan so we got noise and cooking smells but they were able to sort

i got a manicure in the spa and the beauticians were two of the friendliest i ve ever met and my manicure

location and the outside space with the infinity pool to the bar overlooking the golf course is picturesque

well recommend for stay not only for golf lovers

i approached the manager he said he would contact the kitchen and prepare us two fresh full english breakfasts

allowed us to book dinner, but upon arrival we were told that the kitchen had already closed
