pool htub nice workers cheap compared to others

tub broken, pool was small and cold, tv kept fading out, room service was unavailable, outside was a mess, looks

heater, parking not cleared of snow in handicap parking, smallest toilet i ever used, had to close door

the hot tub in the room was nice and the breakfast was okay.

kids are staying here, and the things they did weren't considerate to them
