loved the staff, cleanliness, & pool

$25 more not a big deal, when i got to the hotel with my little dog they told me it would be $100 pet fee so

room was big with an accessible shower and parking was close near the back door

clean, kids enjoyed the pool, beds & pillows were great, all of us enjoyed breakfast. thank you!

also breakfast was good

there were homeless people living in the rooms smoking and there were pet cats roaming the halls

mold in bathroom. spa not working. junk all over outside

felt unsafe returning after dark to the parking lot - men were loitering around the area smoking and drinking

the laundry room was close to our room and the machines functioned propery

the pool was closed one night which was inconvenient but we survived

the fact i requested laundry to be done and when i went back 24hrs later it was dirty ( this was the evening

there is a laundry facility on site that i used, it was very clean

too many kids running around like a daycare..

we did not see a room service menu. not sure if that is available.

i used shuttle bus every day and i can see this service as an excellent.

restaurant no longer open, that's a bummer. food is available in the bar and cafe though.

there is room service and even a starbucks coffee house right off the lobby

was happier with sunday morning room service breakfast than what i received on saturday morning

we went to the hotel for a 1 day vacation from our dogs & kids

coffee maker in room, asked for hot water and a cup for tea and room service brought me a plug in hot water

i was given a pet friendly room with no view

the room was nice especially with the spa tub that allowed my wife to unwind and relax.

didn t know upon booking that there wasnt a secure wifi service, we needed it to work a few mornings but needed

spa suite is weird

pool was under construction and could not be used

the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace in the room made the room more cozy

that's something my friend and i always get,, but it was already almost full with the mini bar items

too many kids being over served and causing chaos

bring our puppy with us was a huge bonus, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of providing pet bowls and

the wifi wasn t strong enough.

also, i had to leave my room and go to the fitness room to get any work done while they fixed the plug in and

lights could be dimmed and despite the old charm, the wifi worked fine

the rooms are spacious and clean and every room i ve rented has always had a full kitchen

the kitchen in the room is pretty outdated, the ac is extremely loud.
