missed a chair in the room and limited wifi there but able to go to main areas for it

spa and the bed was stunning and the balcony was so good

it s location location location wonderful staff plenty of close parking nice restaurant

this is good, simple accommodation that is well located and has a private, off-street parking

the complimentary bar and tea/coffee was much appreciated

also the laundry is a bonus

big room and parking lot

location, spa was awesome, quiet, free parking, clean, easy walking distance to town and lovely reception staff

distance to main places to visit, granite island and beach, play ground for kids, loved that it s close to

decor in kitchen and bathroom need updating but clean and tidy

the kitchen/dining area is quite old

they had a kids art and craft setup and movie theatre which was really cute

clean, modern, friendly, easy parking.

parking was annoying as others parked in our designated spot, but it was right outside our door

small gym but good machines, great spa bath, local milk on tap in the bistro

watching movies from the lovely spa comfy cozy homely feel. quiet area

is good but wifi is terrible with problems getting access breakdown if more than one device occurs, had to go

, plus in the 'kitchen' area

microwave and free parking

we hsd a bit if an issue with the laundry but that was resolved to our satisfaction

the amount of tools and work supplies from room reno's left out for kids to trip or touch.

were in a room close to the laundry which was a little noisey at times

pool was out of use, and although it was cold the kids did want to swim

the swimming pool and restaurant

staff is not very helpful especially when it comes to the usage of the laundry room

parking was convenient

day with no shortcuts taken, toiletries replaced, clean towels, complimentary cookies (which the kids loved )

i can get anything i want from woollies, cafe and do the laundry service

nothing was all very good! loved having laundry next to my room11

the room service was great and the breakfast was delicious

it was a hot day and my partner and kids were stuck in the hot car while i organised parking and paid for room

the spa bath! and the buffet breakfast

despite the cold nights, gym/pool/spa were enjoyable temperature and well kept

the hotels is looking to wow the guests beyond belief then a free mini bar will do it, otherwise there is nothing

wifi is sometimes cut-out but

seems to be a lack of information or signage regarding parking arrangements for residents

view of parking lot

nice breakfast arranged in the kitchen

wifi unfortunately stopped working at about 9pm or so, which was unfortunate as we were halfway

rooms overlooking the parking have a poor view

there was a frequent stench coming through the room likely from the kitchen

wifi wasn't working so had to hot spot my phone. parking was also down the road so not on site

didn't know about wifi and location is a little out - but minor issues

smell came into our room, as we were on the second floor above their kitchen exhaust fan

there is a laundry guest room which was conviennent after a few weeks of travelling

the kids enjoyed a swim in the outdoor heated pool

free wifi for 24 hrs only

payed parking was a lil confusing till we got there and room service shut abit early

view of the city from our room, location is walking distance to rundle mall, restaurants and bars

kids loved the pool, although it s in a funny spot and quite small, but, probably all the room

lovely staff that accommodated our needs (like wifi connect and extra breakfast add on) great amenities like

better air-conditioning and mini bar choices, not everyone drinks alcohol!!!

breakfast could of been better, portion sizes for room service should be larger.

wonderful room service

pool spa in the sauna is amazing

facilities amazing . staff next level friendly gym and pool the best

i had breakfast in the restaurant most days, great hostess, service and food, and ordered room service for

room was very clean and quiet and the wifi was

the bar was small and cute and the drinks/cocktails were amazing

swimming pool and gym are great to tried

the hotel at major costs and then having to enter the hotel via a staff back door through dirty laundry and

room was spacious and comfortable, and we could head out and be in a cozy bar nearby in minutes

excellent location, friendly staff and the room was a great size for us and the kids

this happened in the kids room as well

i wish the spa bath filled up higher. lol

the swimming pool area was perfect for an afternoon dip

i had room service one evening and the satay was some of the best id ever tried

( with daily temp reading of water ) relaxing high above the city, shaded and sunny areas, gym looked great

clean, comfortable rooms, great pool and room service with tasty food

staff were fantastic on arrival :) our room was amazing and room service was fantastic :)

staff, buffet breakfast was great, kids loved the pool and gym, clean and well presented rooms

love the 24hr pool and spa

bar facilities were very nice and we enjoyed few drinks there at lunch time

breakfast was amazing

breakfast was great

in-room kitchen area very tired. bathroom doors very strange/dated. windows filthy.

30 minute wait to check in, chromecast wifi network was not discoverable.

staff were amazing. water pressure was unreal. room service was prompt.

location staff so friendly loved the pillows lol and range of food available for room service lovely view of

pool very exposed to the elements mainly the wind. no spa which was very disappointing.

over spa bath, high to get into

free parking which is excellent

room was not ready at 2. spa was empty

on-site parking is a huge plus at this location

convenient location, great parking facilities, friendly and informative staff.

of toilets very poor laundry

wifi is terrible

the kitchen is basic and small set up but operational

great spa bath, furniture and fittings wonderfully done in keeping with the era

when we asked about using the fireplace we were told it was at a cost after we had checked in and no mention

conveniently located. great vending machines. cold pool. nice gym setup

been woken up early by people using the gym and no exhaust fan in bathroom

need to get rid of the gym, it s too noisy for rooms below

the gym was a bit lacking.

and the only issue i m really conscious of is asking not to be housed on 2nd floor below the gym, particularly

no wifi

few more kitchen facilities would be beneficial - when a late arrival return occurs

no offer of hot breakfast and yes codiv19 is here but maybe room service for breakfast

bed was very comfortable, there was wifi and a hair drier

pet friendly

clean and tidy. secure parking. convenient to where we needed to go

kids running up and down the hallway for several hours

an indoor pool would have been nice

the spa was out of this world big

room, great sevice, dining room , bar food and service above and beyond
