the room and the spa bath

wifi was poor quality

hotel provides valet parking, as most guests vehicles are parked into the tower garage

the staff were kind and welcoming, and parking was easy thanks to their assistance

location, very kind staff, excellent vallet parking, willing to stay again, reasonable

1. basic breakfast was provided. 2. quiet room facing back alley.

the breakfast is literally toast and jam.

continental breakfast is provided

they provide bread and cereal for easy breakfast

closet no breakfast (they say they have breakfast with toasts, but it's just toasts) no facilities in the

non-secure wifi

manner (we were here for 9 days), the ac didn't cool enough (oddly hot some evenings), and the wifi wasn't great

the tv had netflix, the wifi was fast and stable, and you have unlimited access to water at the lobby area

their was parking and they had my car ready in the morning

sooyoung) very clean room, comfort bed, big restroom, wifi good, location in shopping

value for money - the hotel provides room service , daily breakfast

they gave us late check out and let us put our luggages for a week when we went to osaka and came back to stay

especially during nighttime, the response is not so polite when we are asking for the laundry location
