the wifi did not work and the heater was always high even though we turned it down.

we were able to use the laundry facilities seamlessly and also enjoyed the gym

there is a free water refill station in the basement floor located next to the (very small) gym

all very good but except no gym

they have a gym

no food due to covid. no room service.

it doesn't seem dangerous, but not something i would want my kids to deal with

it doesn't seem dangerous, but not something i would want my kids to deal with

property didnt warn us about any construction going on in the parking lot and the smell was horrific

there is a breakfast package, a fine dining restaurant and a deli/cafe for simpler choices

would rather spend a bit more for a place with more facilities (pool, buffet etc) worth if you stay at a more

small gym with limited weight training equipment.

the breakfast buffet was a gourmet tasting

wonderful place exceptional breakfast

spa technology isn t user-friendly

the indoor relaxation pool was the cherry on topud83dudc4c if you stay in banyan tree seoul, make sure to eat

is just half meter, good for kids

also the room service was great

the kind staff they allowed early check in

great location in myeongdong, free parking, friendly and helpful front desk staff

if you re after hotel amenities (gym, pool, etc), this is not for you

we arrived early but the lady alowed us early check in at 12

they dont allow early check in and knock when check out time

enough to give us a different room when requested because our first was very dark facilities: the gym is very

as i had a midnight flight to catch on checkout day, i asked for an hour or 2 late check out but was rejected

laundry also available

location, great facilities, large rooms, friendly staff, grrat gym, great sauna, great food

room service or a restaurant would have been good

though there is no in room laundry machine but you can pass to the staff for laundry service

is inviting and ideal for a family or a group of travelers due to in room washing machine and kitchen sink

of the main things i found lacking during my stay was the absence of a kitchenette

they also did laundry for us free of charge

they also free laundry service

the wifi speed is slow.

there s also a washer dryer which we made use of to lessen our laundry back home

super unhelpful staff, small rooms, good beds but small, great shower, awful wifi

spotless cozy room, comfy beds, super friendly staff, fast wifi, great value

they have a common laundry and ironing room for all to use at b1

laundry machine is available for guests to use

wifi was very unreliable which is very unusual for south korea

the hotel receptionist also was too kind to accept us for an early check in without additional cost

friendly staff, fast wifi, laundry, clean room and comfortable bed

oh and a coin laundry/dryer is a good option

wifi definitely was reliable and consistent though the in-room desk was cramped -- it was possible

helpful at all to resolve an issue with my booking, where i have requested for 3 beds for the 3 kids, they only

with laundry and we ll trained work stuff

the hotel has laundry room and scale to weigh your luggage which i think are helpful

as we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids), we booked a triple room (the only large room available

no internet and we have to use next room's wifi

i stay in room 703 but the wifi out of office, lucky i have the wifi egg can use.

central location, secure and great connections (wifi and cable).

clean, wifi excellent, staff very friendly, location perfect, walking distance to many attractions, and

there was self service laundry, so that was very convenient

there was a laundry place that i can easily use at the basement

i was able to request a late check-out (with a fee), and they had laundry and ironing facilities in the basement

good included breakfast

breakfast was good because they have a wide selection of food; both eastern and western breakfast

laundry area, microwave and drinking station were also a plus

stay at hotel thomas for 5 days. location is convenient. recommended with kids

requested early check in with additional charges

we are 2 adults and 3 kids aged 1,7,8

good, we booked 2 rooms, one for us and one for the kids as our kids are older

suite with the kitchenette is perfect for families with young kids

kitchen has only a sink and a microwave so you can t really cook

swimming pool was excellent

there's also laundry/dryer available (coins only)

suite with the kitchenette is perfect for families with young kids

hotel also does not attempt to allow early check in nor late check out on a good endeavor basis

the laundry room is easy accessible & from my experiences, i don t have to wait for my turn

the staff is friendly and helpful, and amenities like free wifi and laundry are convenient

salad bar was amazing, hot foods/stir fry were all delicious (the meat was cooked very well

small room and no bar inside the hotel, but that seems to be normal here
