check-in staff member was very quiet, i am hard of hearing so that was a problem, and parking was at a premium

while it is true that there was a full kitchen in the room, i did not care or want that

covid times...no restaurant, no room service, no cleaning service,and no gym.

our son's room was very spacious with a fireplace

the cleanliness of the hotel, the cozy mood lighting in the room, the spa bath was huge and amazing, the wine

room with spa bath was great except the only window is a narrow skylight - and bath was awesome but shower
