really really really nice excellent customer service very low deposit for the room and very low pet deposit as

the staff is great and parking is right out your door

we had parking lot view and one of the units closest to mcgloughlin

nice, big room and bed. clean and attractive. loved the kitchenette.

parking lot was over-full with sketchy looking people sitting in their cars at all hours of the

pool and hot tub looked amazing but we never ended up having time to try them out

good parking spots as well

were super comfortable, nice having a kitchenette

laundry facilities on site, daily newspaper, free parking

no protein in breakfast buffet, ice machine empty, no pool

so my reasons for staying here ( pool and gym) weren't open at anytime i was there

the elder lady in charge damn near tackled us in parking lot yelling that room is for 1 person & he's not

the place is quite and the management was nice and helpful good parking

was no breakfast or pool, they over charged me, and they called an hour before check out and told us to leave

the restaurant and bar have amazing views and if you want something different, there are several other restaurants

the hotel is very attractive, with a lovely restaurant and bar looking over the river

covid times...no restaurant, no room service, no cleaning service,and no gym.

good food, decent prices. most reasonable pet fees of any hotel we have been to.

the library is beautiful and we met fellow travelers there over coffee or a glass of wine by the fireplace

amazing customer service, the snack bar was filled everyday, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable

gym was really great, it was clean, the decor is super nice

we told them it was our anniversary and they gifted us a bottle of wine and complimentary breakfast vouchers

only issue was that there was no grassy pet area for bathroom breaks

not enough variation on breakfast menu

the gym is very small. didn t have any water available to guests either

room with spa bath was great except the only window is a narrow skylight - and bath was awesome but shower

microwave no fridge, no kettle but there were tea bags, lack of gym equipment, carpets and furniture not visually

the breakfast and the bar where you can get dinner is all

gym could be improved by adding a little more variety of the lighter weights( dumbells)
