pool had a sign saying it was closed for the day and this was the whole reason we booked a room at

room cleanliness, laundry services, breakfast options and staff.

the parking is fairly limited and there was a semi in the lot taking up valuable parking spaces

wonderful beds. slept well. breakfast was excellent. shower was outstanding.

the entire hotel is great , nice great pool , breakfast and evening reception

check in time is early compared to other places was convenient and we easily got a late check out which was so

the room was mostly clean, although i found several human hairs here and there and one pet hair by the refrigerator

bed really comfortable. staff great.. laundry broken

breakfast is pretty good. the gym had weights this time.

well lit parking lot m, unfortunately they need to monitor a little more as there where some suspicious

wifi, no hair dryer, bathroom door knob missing and floor dirty

i wanted to try the spa but i understand about maintanacne too. i bet it will be great too:)

quality of breakfast was just meh. coffee was ok. waffles were good. the eggs were rubbery.

with a bit of history attached to it and the library lobby is a big asset, featuring a cosy fireplace

didn't realize it was a pet hotel and i am allergic to dogs and cats so i had to avoid all the dogs in the lobby

the mezzanine lounge with pool table was quieter than the lobby

not like the restaurant food i ordered for room service, also totally overpriced sadly portland downtown has

not explained any of the amenities it had or services as far as a gym or anything that it had to

everyone was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and well done
