we got the mini-suite with a big jacuzzi hot tub for two people and had room service and never left the room

parking lot was chained and i wasn t told i had to notify staff on arrival, so i had to get out

the rooms are nonsensical, the room service is super weird and unpredictable

breakfast should be served early, like 6am for guests with early morning flights

my room was right next to the gym and the only separation was a plexiglass window

got there around 3:00 am and the receptionist kindly offered me a late check out

the wifi was a bit spotty in my room, it would cut in and out a bit. not too bad tho.

employees are very helpful, their room service is cheap, there is a metrobus, trolleybus and metro station nearby
