staffs are very friendly expecialy the receptionist and the breakfast serving guy

breakfast was very good

room was very reasonable price and for the price you got a lovely luxury room and complementary breakfast

spa is huge and v relaxing

for example the sauna wa out of order , half of the gym equipment is either dysfunctional or dirty

new breakfast location was most attractive - better when not too busy

until we all (2 adults and 3 kids) got sick

the wifi was an inconvenient since i was networking. sometimes made me late on my tasks

some facilities were open yet but will love to go back when the spa and heated pool are ready

and the ladies tha work on the hotel and invite kids to play are very very nice food is delicious, room was

the reception team are very helpful specially the night shift two gentlemen, abdalhamid by the pool bar was

houses around the garden with palm trees and huge pool

the spa is fantastic

maybe the bar closing too early at night-time

hotel was lovely, nice decor, big pool, restaurants on site, breakfast buffet was amazing with so much to choose

animation team , well done to them for trying every single day to do their best , some of the bar staff and

parking is included

the gym is ultra-modern and fully equipped

i like everything the service the staff food i like everything was perfect my kids was so happy

i really enjoyed the spa services and the heated pools

although we don t have kids, we saw the staff working with the children in the best way

would have liked there to be more bars open throughout the day

we requested an early check in and it was not possible, which is always a bit frustrating, especially when you

work going on in the neighbouring hotel which made it a little uncomfortable to rest by the pool restaurant

the hour it would be needed more than 24h in advance and still, they say at front desk that room service perhaps

the wifi coverage is good and the swimming pool is to die for

excellent service, rich breakfast and dinner, cleanliness at the highest level, bars with food near the pool,

wifi in the room was very poor and stopped working, the tv did not work despite an engineer came to

room service everyday with fresh flowers in the room, as well as turning down the bed, lighting

are true to form of the photo you see and are cleaned every day, you also have the option of room service for

turndown of bedrooms was accompanied by candles in the bedroom and bathroom and flower petals around the bath
