was great facilities /staff ismail at the bar and the spa experience would def stay here

reception team are very helpful specially the night shift two gentlemen, abdalhamid by the pool bar was amazing

wifi didn t work most of the times a tall guy from the main bar and another one from the

things could be better, but do consider it was a november trip: 1) water in the main swimming pool and the water

have to pay for wifi, it should be free

the price paid a lovely place to stay on the beach front, good kids activities a real family resort

of this hotel, location is excellent, food was good and plentiful and animations every night for kids ans adults

the children's area was sufficient for us the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, so it's an option on cold

i get to know they allowed some visitor so it's unfair & there is no any out let ala kart , no room service so

was just perfect, the gym was great, room was beautiful and the pool area is gorgeous

water park was small but enough for our 9 year old and the cold water didn t stop him from using

work going on in the neighbouring hotel which made it a little uncomfortable to rest by the pool restaurant

furniture quite old pest control to be done (cockroach in the bathroom) not many parking

we began eating our meal in the restaurant, when a women sat directly beside me began smoking which was absolutely

turndown of bedrooms was accompanied by candles in the bedroom and bathroom and flower petals around the bath

staffs are very friendly expecialy the receptionist and the breakfast serving guy

room was very reasonable price and for the price you got a lovely luxury room and complementary breakfast

breakfast was mediocre, unlike the restaurant which was good parking lot difficult to access
