i could not get wifi in my room.

great bar on site. stunning views. quirky decor.

lack of parking spaces especially disable spaces at the front of the hotel.

there is plenty of free parking, just register your car while booking in

small room adjacent to laundry. lots of steps and long corridors.

wifi reception not great in the room furthest from the reception

the wifi didn t reach our bedroom.

wifi isn't great all the time but the phone and 5g signal in the area is good anyway

parking arrangement not good

there is a bar and the prices are not high

didn't eat in restaurant and bar menu was a bit limited

we had a lovely meal in the library bar prior to the event and an amazing breakfast the following day

as a family with kids, we wanted a castle stay on our trip and this one was just awesome

parking was a bit difficult as there were a lot of cars and seemed too few spaces as site shared by

was first class as described, eat in the golf bar, hotel restaurant and the oriental restaurant and the food

this hotel has it all spa, large pool, two golf courses and a two excellent a la cart restaurants

couldn't have been better.. all the staff were amazing the bar staff were epic

i enjoyed the spa with my friend and later went for an evening meal at the onsite steakhouse which was cooked

room was very clean, the location fantastic, the staff especially in the bar were brilliant, the evening meal

also minor lipstick on cup at breakfast which i usually wouldnt mention but due to covid maybe this should be

showed me how to get to town and where to park my car so we can travel without worrying about car parking during

receptionist lady margaret and the lady who serves breakfast were wonderful and so friendly

had to book urgently in the afternoon for the same night stay for 2 adults and two kids

all the staff from the manager and reception to the bar tender and maids were so polite and

open wifi network is insecure.

booked in the restaurant it was everything we were expecting and more and the next evening we had room service

room service could have been extended to a later hour. by 10pm, nothing was available!

staff couldn t have been more helpful with check in/check out, room service etc
