code that didn t work for wifi when reported told there was a problem and we should have been given the staff

the newly refurbished bar was not open which was disappointing

the hotel was right on the seafront and the free parking was very useful

how empty the bar was its amazing in there

wifi signal was poor & there was little mobile signal which meant i could not get as much work done

we are in the bar in our first night, food was beautiful, as was the breakfast we both had each morning

perhaps less parking for staff out the fron to make more room for guests

quality and also late room service

i didn t get wifi as there was an issue with the router.

room service could have been extended to a later hour. by 10pm, nothing was available!

availability of gluten free and vegetarian options on late room service menu.

the bar is festive and the barman, jack, was friendly and super interesting to talk with

the bar was a lovely place to sit and it had outside space which would have been great if we d had

staff couldn t have been more helpful with check in/check out, room service etc

superb building with lots of history and charm, great location with good parking and walks

lovely room, ev charger and a fine breakfast

fabulous rooms, quote, comfy beds. breakfast was fabulous.

there was no wifi available and there were a few electrical issues.

the ev charging onsite was extremely convenient
