wifi wasn't as good

booked room with spa bath with jets and the jets did not work

parking lot was small

free parking a plus

the spa bath faucet had a leak

they had bad costumer service their was roaches and the water smell really bad i got a non smoking room and the

parking available, not expensive, close to good dinners

location convenient, price was great for spa tub.

nice spa tub

spa bath was really nice

they have games for kids

wifi kept going in and out

and when you re a family, with 2 kids you don t need a grown man behind the bar trying to get you to take

decoration and outdoor environment, heated pool, confortable beds and bathroom, everything clean

noisy kids (possibly of staff) made enjoying the pool difficult

breakfast was very good .

not that fancy breakfast, however included

i said well you should update this is false adveristment also the rooms online show nice big with spa inside he

was a great feeling to see the complementary breakfast

the room was clean and nice, the beds were comfy and the wifi worked well.

parking and price

place is good and inside parking best thing

not enough towels especially when there s a spa tub.

the spa tube is nice. our thrumple enjoyed our stay

parking is a bit tight but that s only due to the size of the

location, design, le labo toiletries. staff at the front door. gym.

modern cool hotel, near restaurants. had a nice bar with music.

the bar pool hours were too limited. the halo bar should be open until at least 11pm.

pool not heated

so many restaurants/ bar inside to choose from as well

got there at night, so it was very dark , i couldn't see parking spots , i had to call the office

tight parking, long hairs under comforter and on bedside table.

no parking

rooms are spacious with great wifi and cable

just without the kitchen lol

the parking

parking spaces are very narrow, great for small and medium sized cars

paid for a spa hot tub and when i get in my room

no wifi the whole time i was there

the parking is very compact.

our kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the breakfast was sufficient for our needs

the room location was a little noisy due to kids playing in the pool below.

i should mention that parking and room wifi was complimentary, unlike in some other establishments we visited

beach's main st, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, efficient breakfast service, good guest parking

my kids loved the pool

said it was pet friendly but only service dogs

i loved the spa bath

spa bath seemed bigger than the picture which was very great

pets ok

parking was a little tight, slow draining water in sink and tub

key to the room or the laundry room door was off the hinges and we were blamed for it sheets were stained and

i noticed the manager walking around smoking near my window

plenty of parking available, staff was accommodating

pool the shelf fell on my nephews head failed to say pool wasn t open had horrible attitude with

tv in my room didnt work at all during my whole stay and i had booked a room for smoking and when i got there

closer to airport, casino , restaurants and my closer to my kids house

the laundry services were broken

breakfast could be hotter along with the coffee

wifi

loud noise (kids, door slamming) from corridor

clean about toilet. the parking need especificate what is for the room .

the parking was a little tricky. the check in lobby can be improved.

we went to the laundromat and then i saw the guest laundry

parking lot is small, so they recommended only one vehicle/room but weren't sticklers about it

limited parking - couldn't get a spot late at night, had to park on the

wifi was difficult to connect to

i like how everything is clean from the parking lot to the room it s self

friendly service, while i didn't use the spa tub, my room was upgraded

was told the tub was a spa jet tub

wifi didn t work

spa tub was old, a rag went into the spa drain and it came back out yellow, there was mold around

the parking could better.

price, location, spa tub in room and great parking.

remodeled large room with the spa tub in it

was told there was free wifi but the password wouldn't work

the coveted parking was nice. very tight squeeze for any size suv. parking is for compact car.

could have been cleaner-the walls behind/next to the bathroom and kitchen sinks had dried splashes

parking is a little small

the spa jacuzzi and the rooms were up todate

nights a large group of people was having a boisterous party by the vending machine in the hotel parking lot

upgraded to a studio w kitchen and fridge

the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the wifi was okay too

they have the best breakfast in the morning

have laundry machine

great wifi to work

advertisement, no pool, no jacuzzi bathroom floor were dirty
