parking entrance

parking is good, you can walk to movies, shopping and restaurants and leave your car behind

the parking lot area was poorly maintained, the room itself was rather nice

pets ok

reserved a room with a spa tub and water was lukewarm never got hot

hotel location, pet friendly, good breakfast

it's in a nice area it's by everything it's a lot of eating places around you can also get room service i'm at

my kids loved it, i wasn't a huge fan, but it worked

no swimming pool. customer service was not friendly. eggs were not good. bacon was rubbery.

the room was very dirty and had the stench of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room.

i had a little kitchen area but just with microwave and sink when you drove up to the entrance it looked real

looked semi-new *windows had access to open and let the funky tweaker smokey smell out *plenty of parking

the rooms were dirty. the hall smelled bad and dirty; the pool was under maintenance.

also, the pool and laundry machines didn't work or closed down

key to the room or the laundry room door was off the hinges and we were blamed for it sheets were stained and

very low water pressure, spa tub didn't work, had been given another room

price, kitchenette, central location, good blackout curtains, customer service

nights a large group of people was having a boisterous party by the vending machine in the hotel parking lot

the spray for the spa tub did not work but overall those are minor issues that we can work through

trash all over the parking lot making the place look run down and dirty.

nice clean hotel helping staff and nice clean pool kids loved it

the only complaint i had was someone else took my laundry which was everything my son and i had

people are friendly and the laundry room vindy machine and ice machine are all in great

didn't like that they are doing some construction in the parking lot but it was not warned

i do wish there was a pool....

not very clean. floors are sticky. no iron, no blow dryer. no wifi.

wife and i stay in the spa room every weekend and we always enjoy ourselves

wifi and the internet did not work for three days and the stuff was not really helpful to have it
