wifi was free but not fantastic - however that could just be down to the location & not the

there's no kitchen on-site but there were plenty of cafes on the other side of the gardens and staff offered

there were plenty of toiletries available, and the drinks bar was well stacked should we have needed it

they don't do breakfasts which means there's no early morning noise from a kitchen and the place doesn't smell

would have been helpful to be told on arrival about the laundry availability.

was amazing, only downside was that the wifi and signal isn't great in the underground rooms

about it, room was fresh and spotless, bathroom was gorgeous, shower was amazing and room service was excellent

thing we would say is that we had some loud noises from the bar upstairs at night but wasn t enough to keep

room service very efficient
