hotel - friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool area, great breakfast

there s a nice bar area and a lovely pool

breakfast wasn't great, not a lot to choose from.

regarding the restaurant, we ate at least one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner there

the pool and pool area were fabulous. bathtubs were amazing. bar and restaurant very good.

the smart tv would not connect to the wifi and despite being told it was fixed it would not connect

good sized room and ours had a huge balcony overlooking the pool area

the outdoor bar area was a particularly lovely place to try the local sherry and brandy before and after dinner

downside was very poor pool that was not at all inviting to use even if it was hot weather

isn't a fault of the hotel, but anyone who comes to the hotel should know that younger college kids who party

the rooftop terrace was too busy it was not nice - it s a big pool but not if everyone is there af fhe same

room was a decent size, and had a mini-bar (which we didn't use) and a safe (which we didn't use)

breakfast was also good for spanish standard, and their tapas are good

we really enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel grounds were peaceful

there was not much shadow zones/ umbrellas enough in the swimming pool

lightning in the bar could be more relaxing. music piped to corridors outside bedrooms not great

waterpark area for the kids was open but so dirty and unkept, i did not feel safe to let my kid play or swim
