all the hotel staff at reception, bar and restaurant, were very professional, and kind

mattress was old and the free wifi only worked when i was next to the hallway door, not in the room itself

breakfast was delicious and the roof top terrace a lovely space to relax with drinks from the bar downstairs

there was a small bar at the hotel where you could get a drink at any time

the huge bathroom was lovely and had a spa bath but a shower would have been more useful.

staff, beautiful very large room, lots of wall outlets (for laptop, iphone & iwatch), lovely bar on ground floor

restaurant, gym, bars, leisure facilities & pool etc, we were given a better deal to eat in the hotel

location very helpul staff all hotel very clean, well maintained incredible breakfast

also gym is very well equiped

it would be so great to have, at breakfast, the same salad bar as the one in the evening.

the smart tv would not connect to the wifi and despite being told it was fixed it would not connect

lovely roof terrace overlooking cathedral with tiny pool and handful of loungers/tables/chairs

pool and sundeck - on the top of the hotel there is a roof top bar, fantastic restaurant and sun

we took the breakfast there too and it was such good value for money

the buffet breakfast was basic but adequate

liked that we could go and get coffee from the bar anytime we wanted
