loved the pool especially after a hot day when we got there

location to the park and the breakfast in the morning was good

wifi and no hot water till u ran it about 15 minutes

tight parking

kids loved the pool and slides

:) the included breakfast made a huge difference for me

beautiful hotel! beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the pool!!

check-in, we could smell skunk spray in the front parking area

clean and fun for the kids

indoor pool area was beautiful

the wifi didn't really work that well.

wifi didn't work, and the channels available are a joke

no continental breakfast. no gym

time in the pool room for the adults only

breakfast and location were both great

we sent all the kids down there to find out it was not a pool, but just a whirlpool

breakfast, staff always professional and warmth

the only thing was the pool and gym were down in the basement

had stain, pillow had hairs on it, towel in bathroom had stain, no laundry bag, and continental breakfast that

only down side is that i wish the pool closest to the water was adults only

i loved the pool, and the views of the lake.

only 12 channels available on tv and difficulty connecting to wifi

wifi was extremely weak

room was nice, they allow the pool to stay open so a late swim without kids around was wonderful

the staff was friendly. the cleanliness of our room and the pool inside.

there were some shady characters running all around the place including a guy using drugs in the parking lot

something spilled on the walls of the kitchenette

kids liked the pool and kitchenette was useful.

pet friendly, nice pool, very quiet being on a busy area

had everything we needed. nice room. pool. free breakfast.

there were rowdy little kids, so couldn't enjoy the pool.

room smelled like smoke despite the no smoking policy and had a broken stopper in the tub and wifi so slow i

parking lot got very full

accommodated our pet by putting us at the closest door which was great

the wifi didn't work

as check in to check out, and i spent two evenings because it was so awesome and i had a great pool, and a great

was nice and clean. had wifi pool/spa and the breakfast was amazing

d perhaps even more budget-friendly) options in the milan/sandusky area if you are looking for pet-friendly

easy access to highway plenty of parking even for big trucks

the pool was not ready or open, the advertised restaurant wasn’t ready either

good about this hotel, the pool was broke

a day early that tells you how nasty i'm so disappointed had to drive 15 minutes to a swimming pool worse

pool was out of order for the second year in a row

in the middle of summer, the pool was closed

our room didn t have towels and they had to do laundry before we could have any

had free wifi

we enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool

parking was great

i liked the room it wasn't bad. i loved the spa tub that was great.

pool and hot tub were not working due to water main break

the pool needed to be attended. the outside areas of the hotel need to be powerwashed.

spotless rooms, beautiful pool and landscaping, great location

they also have a few odd policies, wrist bands to be in the pool area that if not returned will charge $35

pool was not open when we returned from all day activities. that was a bummer

no indoor pool and no coffee pots

fantastic morning and night near by lakeshore and awesome little swimming pool

the location was great. good parking.

it only had one bathroom and we didn t have wifi the whole stay.

no ice bucket in room had to be moved spa tub didn't work.

overall, a good place with a great breakfast

pet friendly, good hotel close to a lot of things the swimming pool was right on lake erie and had

love that it s lakeside with an outdoor pool !

like the view of the lake from pool area. and how there is a ice cream place in the parking lot

closed then filled with kids from outside hotel

the pool could use more umbrellas.

very nice bathroom. spacious balcony. tiki bar was nice. good coffee stand. nice people

the view and pool were

wifi was not working in my room 234

we liked the location, the view, having a private pool with the tiki bar right there .

love the pool bar here

spa tub , close to bars

love the pool bar here

i inquired about your rental of golf carts & they gave me prices, however they did not tell me i should make

paid for a spa room

for room and amenities such as golf cart

very friendly, pool was awesome, bar was great and having sub way inside was handy

our golf cart was hidden from us since it was a competitive companies cart

why have checkout at 11 when you offer golf cart coupons for carts that dont have to be returned until 1

with three adults, it was a challenge to sit and have a conversation

informed that the pool they allow you to use doesn't allow children on friday's & saturday's

had 2 stays here in the last month and both times the wifi shut off around the time the staff left i dont

were no washcloths, kleenex, cups, no wifi information available in room until we called glenda

they rent golf carts too & guests get a discount

pool or continental breakfast as advertised

the breakfast was not the greatest. eggs where horrible.

the pool

had tablets with us and the wifi was too weak

it felt very clean and was pet friendly.
