liked that i had a pool somewhere you can hang out with your friends and it s very quiet and

tv in room and wifi; shower pressure not great but water good and hot

wasn t given wifi password at checkin and free breakfast consisted of coffee

parking lot well lighted

i liked the room it wasn't bad. i loved the spa tub that was great.

very unprofessional and no pet policy explained and nothing about police being called on dogs

we booked a king room with spa tub

and the lady in laundry was very friendly, when we asked for clean towels

it only had one bathroom and we didn t have wifi the whole stay.

doors into the hotel are left open all night long so security is lacking and the parking lot has very little

breakfast was good. bed comfy

breakfast was good and comparable to other hotels

no room to park a boat,,

location, pet friendly, close to restaurants

pavilion on lake erie by the pool is perfect

the kids loved the pools and it didn t shut down at 8 like some hotels do

room was nice, they allow the pool to stay open so a late swim without kids around was wonderful

room was nice, they allow the pool to stay open so a late swim without kids around was wonderful

it was a great location nice pools and they have a private beach. free wifi as well.

the children have 2 pools but adults bring the kids to the pool that is supposed to be a splash free and quiet

spa tub , close to bars

it almost made me late dropping off my golf cart

all made hanging out at the pool so much fun

floor bathroom very dark and light bulb out but not a major dealbreaker, enjoyed coffee maker, kitchen towels,

fire alarm went off when we used the spa and the ventilation in the room was not good

tiki bar now badly overpriced with poor selection. check in now a hassle. pricing is opaque

breakfast was not offered. wifi was not working!

wifi was not working in my room 234

and poolside service too

view/ balcony, pool, and tiki bar is amazing

why have checkout at 11 when you offer golf cart coupons for carts that dont have to be returned until 1

great pool right outside of the lobby with a swim up bar and live dj

location walking distance to food snd entertainment pool was clean and the pool bar made excellent bloody

for room and amenities such as golf cart

the golf carts are advertised as 10% off for guests, but were $15 more than

golf carts are noisy and right outside the door not something that will deter me from going back

very nice receiving free admission to the blue marlin pool

were no washcloths, kleenex, cups, no wifi information available in room until we called glenda

informed that the pool they allow you to use doesn't allow children on friday's & saturday's

only only thing we didn t like was our hotel room was right above the golf cart garage where they worked on

someone needed to clear the bugs from the pool daily

pool and hot tub were not working due to water main break

rooms are spotless, landscaping and pool are lovely.

they also have a few odd policies, wrist bands to be in the pool area that if not returned will charge $35

spotless rooms, beautiful pool and landscaping, great location

over all it was a great place and the breakfast was great.

also the wifi didn t work when we stayed for 2 days

really an amazing family-oriented hotel with amazing staff the rooms are really clean the breakfast is amazing

noise every hour , kids from other guesses after midnight running past window and yelling ,the bath had mold

breakfast was fine. good for the kids to eat before heading off to the water park.

the property was close to cedar point. it was clean and the pool was great for kids.

plenty of parking for our truck and pop-up

staff at the front desk were so very kind and helpful as well as the breakfast set up lady/ housekeeper

do anything, the beds and pillows were awful, i still have pain in my neck, our room was up the laundry room,

kids loved the pool and hot tub

it is very clean and they serve a full breakfast. the staff are very nice

50 to do 1 load of laundry

pet friendly

because of covid, breakfast was very basic

did not go to the breakfast. it needs to be gluten free. close to parking area.

the pool and hot tub and the rooms

tv, wifi, swimming pool was very nice, the game room

pool was so warm and large enough for my kids to get all their energy out

just the set up of parking .i think that its a bit to cramped in the back area of the building.

my kids really enjoyed the stay

clean, comfortable roo, a pool, and complimentary breakfast in the morning

it felt very clean and was pet friendly.

parking lots were poorly lighted with limited disabled parking & on & on & on

gym equipment is damaged and needs replaced in fitness room

indoor pool, friendly staff, breakfast, very pet friendly

parking was easy, breakfast was good. room was immaculate and big. staff was friendly.

had stain, pillow had hairs on it, towel in bathroom had stain, no laundry bag, and continental breakfast that

pool is very small out dated hard beds

location, cleanliness, laundry use, breakfast

i would have liked more parking in the front.
