swimming pool can be a bit too popular its dunk pool size for the amount of rooms the motel offers so i saw

clean & comfy rooms $ close to shops. spa was great

we would choose this motel again for its great location, free parking and free wifi

couldn t find where the wifi password was in the room (normally on a sticker on the wall or on a welcome card

fast, efficient friendly check in (and out), good parking and although we were on the road side of the complex

have been better if there was a pair of slippers in the bathroom and a chopping board in the kitchen

the onsite games room was so cool, stocked full of activities which my kids loved

only thing was close to kitchen and laundry was a little noisy but guest where respectful and wrapped up fairly

modern decor, easy parking, helpful, friendly staff

games room, pool, tennis courts, free laundry and a wonderfully appointed common kitchen that has everything

being school holidays - even on a rainy day, kids persisted to use the facility while i used the spa to supervise

my 3 year old had an amazing time in the splash park and pool

the ev chargers were available when i needed them (but you do need your own charging cables)

peace and quietly great pool and gym etc spacious and comfortable modern accommodation

beautiful rooms and kitchen stay with large hot water supplies

we stayed in the spa room looking out onto the pool area and it is spacious for a family

very comfortable bed beautiful room loved the spa bath

all the places we wanted to go were just 10 minutes away easy and fast check-in and check-out parking on site

) there was no wifi

swimming pool, tennis court and basketball hoop

hwy and dinner options for one night stay on travel north, breakfast was provided and perfect for kids and adults

had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids

was no kitchen in the rooms would of been great for the smaller kids as junk food is not a healthy

extremely slow service from kitchen

it was tucked away next to the laundry

breakfast room , pool , free wifi room very spacious

adding a small kitchen sink

have in the room, but i feel like if we had asked, or explored the place more, maybe there was a kitchen somewhere

parking outside room was convenient

great swimming pool area as well and laundry room

no clear instructions in room on how to order room service.

it would be great if the hotel maybe had more family orientated facilities such as play area for kids or

fabulous car parking space

room service from the club is unnecessarily complicated and it was easier to order via menulog

the diggers club next door providing wonderful food and room service

the reception is so chill and friendly, offered kids food to feed the fishies in the hotel pond outside

the room does have a fridge and microwave, although it does not have a kitchen area for cooking within the room

in newcastle, always clean, tidy and affordable plus the fish ponds are always a hit with the kids

wifi was a bit patchy.

cost is slightly higher than average for a family room when you do not provide any kitchenette facilities but

rooms aren't the biggest in newcastle and can be a tad squashy if travelling with kids

location, pool, restaurant, gym

room service was fantastic, the reception staff were friendly and accommodating.

swimming pool, a rental cycle stand outside..

the kids enjoyed the pool slide
