there was a band of about 7-10 people who stayed in the parking lot smoking and lying in the grass on many

really wasn t nothing but my room smelled like smoke but it s a smoking room so everything was all

we were pleasantly surprised and there was more than enough parking when we were there

smoking in room staff was nice making sure we had clean towels ect

limited parking and no restaurants in walking distance but several just a few minutes drive away

beautiful old building, comfortable bed, fireplace in room, cozy fireplaces in lobby and bar.

i loved the history of the place. the bar was amazing. bartender was great. atmosphere 10/10.

i am not a huge breakfast fan, so the buffet met my expectations

sparse breakfast ,(not even any coffee) awakened by a fire alarm when a person burned a waffle

breakfast was fresh and met my on the go continental breakfast standards

cleanliness was awful staff seems to not care much about what room is smoking and not smoking

we ordered room service from the fabulous restaurant downstairs and it was delivered quickly

from reception to check out, the service and the services, including restaurant and bar were really a cut above

that room service or restaurant could've accommodated past 11p for basic snacks/desserts

the staff in the morning was nice and let me do a late check out.

procedure was really simple spokennoise, and it was private, so pleasant, easy to get in-n-out of parking

and you park right outside your door so it s easy to deal with luggage or carrying sleepy kids into the room

no laundry room. they were offering their staff to wash guest clothes and priced 25.00 a load.

needed a 1 night stay in the pgh area that was pet friendly and reasonably priced

if you don t like dealing with finding & paying for parking when heading into the city, you are better off
