were unfortunate to have stayed during their wifi is down, our room is on the 3rd floor and wifi wasn t working

a super comfortable and thoughtfully laid out room and a lovely bar and restaurant

kitchen good lots of tea milk and coffee bathroom great, wash and shower gel etc

little boutique hotel with friendly staff and good kitchen

coffee machine in the room was a tassimo.....perfect. the bar was cosy and very comfortable

lack of a main bar area would be great for the hotel.

breakfast was average - i was a little disappointed at quality of both cooked and continental -

they also have 2 ev chargers that we utilized

the pool was heated and lovely to swim and the restaurant staff and breakfast were perfect

breakfast in the restaurant looking out at porthminster beach we booked a sea view room and it

views are fabulous from the bedrooms, bar and dining room

the location was excellent. room service was good. reception friendly. easy access to the town.

plenty of car parking spaces and the choice of outdoor pool or indoor were great

kids playing on the stairs and parents not watching

parking outside the villa was a bonus

the spa and swimming pool are a bit tired but other than that we loved it

the spa and treatments were also great
