kids enjoyed having a games room with air hockey and pool

cooked breakfast took very long time to come out of the kitchen

wifi is not good

beautiful location, great views during breakfast and dinner, gym and pool a great bonus

not enough parking

also the spa facilities are so good it just needs pool

kids jumping in and out of the pool

had been forgotten as a waitress came over and said she would chase our breakfasts and so the kitchen made up

access to the golf course included was great the food was very good reasonable bar

comfy bed. lovely spa tub. we'll equipped kitchen. everything we needed.

asked for a pet friendly lodge however the fencing around the decking was wide enough for our dog to go through

main thing that let the experience down was the spa and indoor pool

spa, pool, hydropool, sauna, massage, gym were all excellent

we were on the 2nd floor and the noise level from the kitchen extractors and pool pump was excessive

we ended up ordering room service after all restaurants were booked for one dinner and the in-room menu is

plenty of activities on the beach for adults and kids, lovely ice cream shop located on the beach along with

parking was a little tight.

the bar is gorgeous they even had the log fire going which was such a treat on a slightly chilly

truly terrible wifi. signal non-existent. really bad for such an expensive stay.

wifi password in the guest book was incorrect

coffee machine in the room was a tassimo.....perfect. the bar was cosy and very comfortable

also great service was the room service with the mini bar which has been refilled automatically every day

there was a tv, wifi and hairdryer in the room and reception provided us with an iron and ironing board when

dining room service was very willing but somewhat haphazard

breakfast was excellent -- cooked breakfast and a buffet -- and complemented by the wonderful

breakfast - menu of cooked choices is good with food prepared to a high standard and well presented

cutlery provided and we stayed in a cottage with a kitchenette- very odd
