family of 16 people including 4 small kids booked the hotel for 1 night as a starting point for the kurobe alpine

am travelling by train and the hotel provided free shuttle to and from the station

the staffs are very helpful with the luggage s and explaining the facilities and ski resorts shuttle bus

the bath space is very clean and well maintained

although the distance is not at all far, the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from omachi onsenkyo bus stop

spa was not working or available to use and the local buses are unreliable and don t come often

parking on site

restaurant next door was convenient, lots of space for a family [especially the common area], the kitchen was

with the heaviest snow in decades, the spa was out of action which was disappointing since we booked the property

the renovation on the containers was very cool, i wish our container had access to the spa though

buffet breakfast was good

spa opening time is not long enough

they have the most delicious breakfast as well

could have some more gym

the room and the facilities is great.open air onsen , free parking

beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, living room, bathrooms & kitchen

apartments themselves were amazing; brand new, state of the art, extremely well stocked with all kitchen items

the rooms were spacious, bathrooms were new/modern, and kitchen and living areas were comfortable

parking, room, heater, kitchen, bed, service, everything it far beyond what you could expect

is perfect for skiing walk out the door 30 meters into lift the shuttle service they provide was

they offer a shuttle to happo-one and iwatake and back & the ski-bus to hakuba 47 stops at the end of the

breakfast could be better.

loved having a wine sitting by the fireplace and kids toasting marshmallows

we took the breakfast and dinner option and every day was the most comfortable experience

the room/spa were were a wonderful retreat after skiing
