our boys were super impressed with their special room and the huge spa bath :) we re very impressed with free

very comfortable bed and enough kitchen facilities to cook some toast for a quick

spacious convenient family room. great kitchen supplies.

was good being close to the shops and it was good having a separate sleeping space for the kids

beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, kitchen was well supplied with crockery etc

spa bath was noisy could not hear tv while it was running but was told they were going to upgrade

the playground was a nice addition for the kids but had rubbish in it

the price i m paying laundry should be free

no pool, spa or at least a bath tub to enjoy

there was no other number for room service

wifi is a little sketchy and buffers a lot on videos, but after chatting to the reception about it,

the likes of ironing board, iron and also the laundry facilities are another bonus points

location is really great, family friendly, offstreet parking, clean and comfy furniture.

room size and cooking facilities were great. good view. pool was a decent size.

kitchen was a little more up to date, i would be happier

laundry price

the on-site pool is also great for leisurely dip to relax or to strategically exert the kiddies arvo energy

bathroom was a little dirty, and room service didn't remake the beds when we were out and about

our reception was really good, happy, helpful staff, great location, good facilities , very easy parking, close

we could not fault our well appointed room, complete with a wonderful spa bath

wifi could ve been better, but it was not a problem

just a comment that i didn't know about the free wifi so couldn't rate it.

the homemade breakfast was amazing

wifi was poor kept dropping out.

beautiful rooms, excellent hosts. close to local beaches. awesome and incredible breakfast.

spacious room with spa and large bathroom

when we checked in we were given a breakfast menu and were able to pick our breakfast and time for serving

beautiful bathroom, comfy room and good facilities i.e tea coffee, wifi etc

the only problem i had was receiving wifi but i could have asked reception at anytime but chose not to

disconnected wifi

there was a heater (which was also an aircon) and parking was right outside our door

it was very hot and would have liked a pool if we were to stay longer.

wifi dropped in and out, but still worked well for the majority of time - wouldnt recommend for

there was a restaurant and bar on the premises

suite have a mini kitchen and all amenities you require

room was spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen with a good size bathroom

parking is a bit tight.

wifi is not very good

no kitchen sink just a basin

room service was excellent and on-time, friendly hosts, proximity to the beaches

was nice but no room service for 7 days was not expected was not informed online when booking

i think there was mention somewhere of room service but they do not offer this.

the bar and restaurant served great food, along with friend staff

i also think room service could be more timely

friends on the resort were envious of the spa bath

the room was gorgeous, the spa was amazing and the indoor pool was so relaxing

so not able to watch anything -there was no room service (food) other than the little milk bar thing which

spa and pool not warm enough

the pool is indoors with a spa to the side, temperature was lovely

spa didn t work well but hey

just liked everything, the staff, the decor and the balcony, and the kitchenette

the tv was way too difficult to connect per the instructions. same for wifi, it didn t connect

wifi worked really well (we had to work remotely, no issues with calls and online meetings)

plus a kitchenette makes all the difference

the restaurant and bar is closed

wifi only if purchased - not really clear this was the case when

i strongly recommend avoiding this hotel especially if you have kids its not worth the risk

i booked in for family room for my kids to stay when we spent our night at the crown on new year eve until

position / friendly nice big room it just was nice parking good

- new, clean, modern - quiet - gym - good to have a cafe in the hotel
