location was excellent,we arrived at the the hotel about 12pm, there was no early check in available due to

helpful staff on reception and early check in from noon for £10 if a room is available

manor was perfectly located up a quiet country lane, there was plenty of parking available on site

plenty of options including youtube, netflix and prime, and although we had no phone signal the wifi worked so

only slight negative , you can t get a phone signal inside the property but can use wifi .

the spa was great - we did the twilight spa and it was brilliant

needed attention for mould (pet hate) some of the dining chairs were in need of reupholster the swimming pool

easy to find and her to, loads of free parking and easy to access fell foot and local towns

at breakfast had to wait a little while to give order but once placed was very quick

spa and pool area was quite slippery, and the chlorine in the pool was a bit intense

i understand it was half term but kids were causing havoc it was like butlins
