there weren t any big towels to use and i found the wifi confusing to log on

all the little luxuries- pet bed,under floor heating,bottled water,beer garden,entertainment and much

rather sparse room but everything that you needed was actually there carpet irritated feet so assume was some

being a legal requirement on arrival i advised the reception staff that i did not require room service

but it did repeatedly disturb my sleep and would ve been particularly offensive if any small kids were to

laundry service was extremely disappointing - nothing had been properly folded, it was all creased

they even have a ev charger although i did not use it because i did not carry the cable with me

party arrived late in with a pooch and received absolutely brilliant service - this really is a pet friendly

space and there’s a back patio area that includes tables, a stage for music and a play area for kids

breakfast has a wide choice, freshly cooked, presented and served immaculately

a good sized garden with some apparatus for kids

amazing spa bath, luxury bed and kitchen and we could bring our dog

plenty of tea and coffee to drink with a small kitchen which includes fridge, dishwasher,cooker

room service menu was extensive and there were nice little touches such as wine and beer available

manor was perfectly located up a quiet country lane, there was plenty of parking available on site

plenty of options including youtube, netflix and prime, and although we had no phone signal the wifi worked so

only slight negative , you can t get a phone signal inside the property but can use wifi .

on a bank holiday and there was a kids fun fair right outside our room

night away together in 10 years and no kids was clean welcoming and we both definitely got to relax definitely

the place itself is very pretty and perfect for a romantic night away from the kids

the bed was very good ,not too soft, the hotel was clean and room service was very good

no ac in the room, gym is mediocre at best

the ev charge point was being hogged by the same cars over two days, they were fully charged
