the facilities were breathtaking, complete with a koi pond and a separate adult pool

the room: i stayed in the standard room, which had more than enough space and lighting

9 beautifully landscaped acres with an adults only pool plus family pool

the breakfast is really good

food - especially breakfast - was terrific

wifi in the room we stayed was horrible

we had a problem with the water temperature of the spa bath, but the staff was ready to help.

welcome on check in, rooms, breakfast, staff everything about the place is perfect.

could not even stream from my phone because tv was blocked by the wifi network

i also liked the view from the main shared kitchen space

breakfast was excellent - a wide range options including food cooked to order

of the swimming pool needs renovation - kids scratches their feet

breakfast was exceptional, so much choice and the restaurant manager was really welcoming and

ombria kitchen dinner was very good and the cocktails from the bar were amazing

above all they are pet friendly which was really great for us

in the hotel were knocking on my door , ringing the phone , plus they charged me 57euro for my laundry

the bar wasn’t always manned because the hotel was, i guess,

the gym needs updating

everyday the room service was great

unfortunately the spa pool wasn't open which i only found out after the booking.
