was a mix up with the delivery of the breakfast, ordered via reception for 9am but not served until 10am despite

of the swimming pool needs renovation - kids scratches their feet

appartments are extremely spacious and comfortable with everything you could need from kitchen appliances to tv

apartment was so spacious and lovely and so well equipped pool/beach towels were an added bonus the pool areas

breakfast met expectations

pool that was closed none of this info was not shared to us at all prior or during stay, sent for laundry and

we loved the room, the hotel pools, the adult only pool, the spa facilities, the hotel restaurant (we did the

almost 2 hours and a half waiting, no true apology , room upgrade, free bottle of wine, offer od late check out

nice and quiet - easy parking - attentive staff

gym had most equipment not working

there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no room service when the kitchen was closed

staff were also friendly, kids club was great too, my son loved it

although they have resort golf car but it takes 5 min to come to your door

were so spoiled by one of the room service staff who came on our first day, that the one that followed was

inside pool could only be used when paid for the spa. a shame but understandable.

the staff especially renato from the bar who is so professional and good at his job were so friendly and well

wifi in the room we stayed was horrible

got an upgraded room with a spa bathtub; which was simply great

even the breakfast is table served

the wifi password was your home and that is exactly how they made us feel

welcome on check in, rooms, breakfast, staff everything about the place is perfect.
