needs a pool and a gym it s not spacious enough for a family either and there were bright lights in my

paid for a spa room. spa didn't work. whole room felt dingy. should have stayed at the wildwood.

did not have valet parking running

parking garage was a benefit since it was pouring down rain when we arrived

shuttle and valet parking was great

more breakfast selection!!

is in need of repair, did not get the king suite i asked for due to having my pet with me

the pool was clean and the water temperature was just right

trash in the parking lot

no cups in the room internet wifi never worked for any of our group

gentleman that shuttled us to airport at 4:15 was very kind and accommodating

shuttle on time(think ramona arranged)*the and driver friendly too

also as if that wasn't enough our car was broken into in their parking lot

we utilized the shuttle to and from the airport with no issues

only two suggestions would be better smelling soap and the breakfast buffet food was only so -so

breakfast and dinner food was good, and price was right

kids finally went to bed and then all was restful

also really appreciated having a guest laundry - very useful

time i will ask for a room on opposite side of the pool

was told day before early check in no problem but that morning when i called was pushed back

hotel was clean, well kept, staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were nice (pool, laundry, gym), elevator

to covid the pool and the continental breakfast were not available, which is totally understandable

comfortable beds plenty of parking two large mirrors breakfast was fine, about average for free breakfast

clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was more than adequate and staff friendly.
