everything was amazing! the pool, the facilities, the food, the beds!

were informed the spa was open until 8 pm so we planned to enjoy it after our sight seeing

excellent breakfast.

preference would be for a buffet breakfast, but breakfast was good

could have a nicer pet relief area closer to the property

the suites are an ideal room for kids

the roof top bar and view of the city at night

room was so dusty (thick layer on top of armoire) that it flared my kids' allergies

advertise pet friendly, but then they surprise you with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 up front

gym was in a disastrous state

could hear the kids running around if the top level, which was not good at 11 at night

cleanliness, convenienty located, easy access to room, good parking. management helpful

because we had a 5 year old with us he put us on the first floor, because he now how kids like to run around

guest being loud, doors slamming against night latch, kids crying loud, running from one room to another and tv

there were kids above us and they were loud there was no bath towel on monday morning.

breakfast was delicious

not like that you had to schedule times for pool and only got 30 mins

the breakfast was awesome, warm and varied options
