ample parking too

lovely staff, plenty of parking

parking was plentiful and easy

the black horse has an excellent bar with bar seating (rare again these days) a real fire, and a local clientele

all the staff from cleaners, bar staff, restaurant waiters to reception- nothing was too much trouble

the kitchen was not well-equipped, which was disappointing as we enjoy cooking meals when staying in

the kitchen was very well stocked and we were left some ice cubes to use

i had to clean nearly everything save the cutlery in the kitchen before it could be used, including the washing

oled in

all the amenities, quality of bedding, towels etc kitchen

room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable - queen size i believe

loved the spa bath and bed super comfy

staff welcomed us with a warm welcome and the bar was well stocked

room was cosy, spotlessly clean, warm and so comfortable - we had an amazing night's sleep - the spa bath was

lovely and warm with log fire in the bar making it cosy, just perfect after waking to a heavy snowfall

location and view, villa with spa pool was lovely and the food in the restaurant was top notch

stayed in the pool villa which was fantastic, the space was very private and the hot tub is great

the new terrace bar provided a lovely way to unwind and excellent food

the kitchen table and high stools were not user friendly - esp for older folk

we had a drink in the terrace bar which was lovely - we just wish it had been warm enough to sit outside as it

both samual s and the terrace bar made for the excellent dining experience

breakfast in terrific setting

was no noise, breakfast was lovely and staff really friendly and helpful, lovely grounds and golf

breakfast buffet was a joke run by kids

we loved our stay, from driving up the long driveway that runs by the golf course, to the stunning gold hands

this well in advance of my stay but i still struggled, certainly on the first night as staff and kitchen just

wasn't keen on the coffee bags they were a bit too big it would have been nice if there had been room

the food is excellent,wonderful bar where you feel quite comfortable as a woman travelling alone

room very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast very good.

may be worth creating a small card with important information on for each room that contains the wifi code and

the breakfast that was included was also very good
