at this property on our way from scotland to scarborough to break the journey up for the kids

the staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was warm and nicely furnished, the wifi worked well

location great, right on the park and large bath tub, great for the kids.

secure part open for ventilation and on ground floor this is a security issue there is no food or room service

there are obviously many events going on but parking spaces in front of the hotel should probably be reserved
