a little dour, no mention of breakfast or wifi

even better if there was at least one ev charge point - nothing fancy as charging a car overnight only needs

ev chargepoints in the car park are a very valuable feature

reception area it is a hub of activity with welcome from reception and the relaxing lounge and bar area makes

the room, limited room cleaning when occupied unless specifically requested, and the advertised room service

the best service i have received in a hotel before,particularly the waiting and bar staff

we had a meal in the restaurant which was amazing and then stayed for one night and had a spa package

the spa is incredible and offers so much

the pool and facilities were great

the grounds were very pretty and there was ample parking

the staff were so friendly and helpful. the spa and the pool is wonderful!

breakfast was excellent bar staff were very pleasant and helpful reception staff brilliant

car parking

nearby golf course and rural setting creates a good setting for a classic heritage house

had to wait nearly an hour and a half for room service - sandwiches only

bed settee for kids and double for us

only stayed for 1 night & kids used the sofa bed which wasn't great but fine for 1 night

value at 55 for a friday night - excellent buffet breakfast and parking included

full kitchen in our accommodation with fridge freezer so great if you want to cook for yourself but

nice position close to pubs restaurants. first time i have ever had a fireplace in my room

staff, comfortable room in a convenient location with free and easy car parking at a competitive

parking is a nightmare best to get there early if going on a saturday as there us a disco and gets

staff explained no food as kitchen wasnt operational

the bar shuts early

some bar noise til closing time as room over but always quiet immediately after closing
