breakfast was excellent bar staff were very pleasant and helpful reception staff brilliant

the wifi portal didn't work on any device, massively disappointing

confusion about me using the spa area as my treatments were booked in the afternoon and i checked out at

friendly staff and very comfortable. ample parking.

also gym is one of the best i ve seen attached to a hotel

love everything about this hotel, especially the pool and spa

guess the only thing i could say was maybe the food was a bit expensive for room service, but it was as to be

there was no food available in the hotel as they did not have any kitchen at all

to nit pick: upon entering the room initially it s smelt horribly, seemed to be from the kitchen sink, after

burn in the duvet there were dirty marks on the chair so we couldn t sit on it under the kitchen sink was some

room was really trendy, bed was really comfortable and all the facilities we needed in kitchen

designed space comprising an outdoor hot tub area, an indoor lounge, bedroom and small kitchen facilities,

although this features as pet friendly - no staff knew where they could go, ours must have been a first

we ordered room service from the hotel restaurant, service was prompt, friendly and the meal delicious

early check in available. twin beds accommodated.
