the room we stayed in was nice, well equipped and comfortable. the spa tub was very nice.

my girls asked the gentleman what time the pool closed and he replied 10pm
laundry room could have had moe than just one washer and one dryer
had the last room on the 1st floor next to the door going out to the parking lot and it was very noisy with
breakfast was great and unlike other hotels they put out enough food to serve all guest
tub leaked into laundry room below our room and we were accused of damaging it even though there was excessive

loved the room service, especially for breakfast
young ladies working at the front desk in the spa area during the day were rude and seems bothered when i asked
i used all of the facilities: water (in and out), gym, and the lovely three owl bar
excellent spa services. in-house restaurant and bar were great. staff was wonderful?
there were yard games, the pool and hot tub were being used and laughter filled the night sky

room did not have a microwave and there was no way to get change to use the laundry machines, which i think it

my husband watched him go to a hopper and dig through a bunch of laundry to find some towels for us
the spa tub was very nice and clean.

there was a private event in the bar so unable to make use of it and it is very
