the spa experience is great!

no kids in pool when we were there in late august on a tuesday

beautiful property and rooms. also pet friendly which was wonderful.

loved they had a drink bar and could enjoy a cool one

the host mark made a fresh and delicious breakfast that was perfectly cooked and ready on time

the breakfast is made fresh every morning with a breakfast caserole, fresh fruit, juice & coffee or

appreciated the decor, soft linens, available drinks, and full breakfast provided

a luxurious italian suite complete with a plush king bed, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace seating area for two

there was no steps or railings to get in & out of spa tub

view was amazing, staff was friendly, pool was fun and breakfast could compare to a restaurant

i was able to go to my room with my breakfast, which was fine

the pool was so nice

people were helpful & friendly. room was clean and comfortable. my pet was welcome.

wifi is not password protected and very slow.no bacon offered for breakfast.

were very dirty, smell was awful, very outdated, strange people staring at my kids at the pool

there was mold in our room and my kids went home sick. we re denied a refund.

airport shuttle was prompt and the driver was very helpful and friendly

parking lot was dark on one side of building.

had the last room on the 1st floor next to the door going out to the parking lot and it was very noisy with

the parking was weird. that's truly the only complaint i have.

with the weather issues laundry was delayed, but it couldn t be helped.

front desk people and airport shuttle driver were friendly and courteous

internet wifi was not great but, could have been related to the storm during my stay.
