pool is on the cold side but i love it

the cosmo's i drank at the bar were the best i have had in ky since i moved here 3 years ago

no coffee bods, no spoons to stir; no clarity on service; had to scan a code to find out the wifi which was

entrance, it s hard to get back on that street to get back in, parking is not free, and no free wifi

distance, hotel was very nice and clean, staff was nice, outdoor skating ring was nice, very nice bar inside

king room, very comfortable, and we loved dining at the bar for breakfast and dinner

we stayed in the bunk bed room with my two younger kids

i didn t have breakfast but liked the availability of room service the night before.

room service meal that was ordered took over an hour to be delivered to our room.

the rooftop and downstairs bar are both really great

breakfast is not continental, it's a baggie like in the covid times

is a separate smoking building at hotel which is a plus for the smokers and it doesn't bother the ones that don

i wish they had pet rooms on the 1st floor.

the pool and spa need remodeling which they say will happen later in september.

some confusion with the pet fee and had to check, was over charged but they corrected it all
