the pet policy was fantastic and their understanding and patience with us having a larger dog!!

super nice staff, clean, and organized, elevator and gym was neat.

we had the spa suite and the room was very nice and large

info book in room clearly states that there is room service, when we tried to order, we were told that they

too many qr codes to deal with, such as tv remote on phone, and room service and valet

and, we grabbed travel coffee at the end of the bar to take with us

everything!! great staff, elegant lobby, bar and room! so incredibly impressed!

room service meal that was ordered took over an hour to be delivered to our room.

was super nice, the room service food was excellent, attached garage is great- $12 a day in and out

no refrigerator. the shower was the worst i've had in a hotel. wifi was not free.

their gym is state of the art, and the pool always has clean towels

bed and pillow so comfortable for good night sleep shuttle bus to

equipment in the fitness room did not work
