pool needs to be cleaned more often

staff is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding rooms are exceptionally clean and very well organized world

wifi doesn t work in the room you need to ask for a different one at reception

a hassle to clean up, but it definitely deterred from the visual appeal each time we entered the parking area

the room was clean. breakfast was great. the staff was exceptional.

everything that the kids got to do. they loved the water part of the stay and the arcade.

the kids loved the pool and all the activities they were able to do

the bed was very comfortable. the room was perfect size for 2 adults 4 kids(9.7,6,3).

it was a safe home for drug heads and prostitution the way they were hanging out in lobby and parking lot

was not clean, rooms smell like smoke, even do we requested non smoking

non smoking room smelled like smoke and had ash trays in there. cock roaches in shower and room

smelled like smoking

complimentary use of laundry machines- much needed after severe weather impacted travel for 24 hrs

our favourite was the free guest self-serve laundry and dryer available for guests to use - super handy since

guest laundry and gym were great

great walk-in shower (no bathtub with a shower curtain-thats cheap looking) the gym room was cool also but some

the gym equipment was great

they had large, quiet rooms and good wifi

it has airport pick up /drop , hot breakfast, wifi, free parking, comfortable room and good staff

people smoking marijuana in the hotel. my kids now ask what that smell was.

we waited at the airport over 45 minutes for pick up also when we check in in our room they were kids running

kids were upset that the pancake machine was down, other than that breakfast was good

the free wifi was subpar. i had to use my hotspot for video meetings.

clean room and loved the spa tub
