pool and spa dirty

i wanted to use the laundry but i could not because i did not have the coins for $5 and the reception does not

wifi was not working

no issues with the wifi, and the room provided an adequate amount of sundries

it's location being closed to the dfw south parking.

laundry facility was ok and the peaceful atmosphere was a major

but i requested a non smoking room

the parking was very easy and convenient

we waited at the airport over 45 minutes for pick up also when we check in in our room they were kids running

room amenties and breakfast were fantastic. would stay again, no question.

business center always busy with kids playing games on computers.

place to stay rooms were spotless and front desk was great in suggesting a place to eat,even shuttled us there

false advertisement!!! no spa tub!!! i paid for spa tub that didnt work...awful service!!!!!!

only reason i paid the extra money for the room was because of the spa tub

i don t like the i have room 104 and some kids running in the next floor, i can verily sleep

parking was awful

complimentary laundry was a bonus and very appreciated

the kitchen space and the low bath tub

close to airport and shuttle service

felt a little unsafe to leave the vehicle in the parking lot, theres a strip club pretty close by and people

it was nice having hot breakfast choices other than waffles.

tornado damage, made check in delayed to make payment, the air conditioning was struggling, the wifi and tvs
