five star hotels have room service and laundry service

we were very surprised to find the bar separate from the lounge and unmanned although a very obliging gentleman

the bathroom was immaculate with a spa bath and a push button controlled shower

tv was too big for the room i had evening meal room service but had to juggle the furniture around to eat the

dinner menu - only option minimum of 45 for two courses, but a wider choice available for room service

breakfast was delicious, sat in bar on an evening and had a great atmosphere but not noisy or rowdy

wifi did not work well at all which was frustrating for our teenage children

my room was very nice--large, with a fireplace and a window on the street

location ( bit noisy due to having window open in heatwave) great bar and food

the facilities spa facilities which were included were amazing too (although robes and flip flops not included

also wanting to book a family room for our 2 children who love swimming but were told kids can only swim 8am

the pool chlorine was strong and hurt the kids eyes after two sessions in a day.

breakfast was great with lots of choices.

they also have ev chargers which was a bonus for us

all staff were very friendly late check out option was good as we didn t feel rushed the next

limited spa availability but we did book last minute.

room service is amazing we stay all the hotel du vine but love the harrogate one as does our

came out of room to find the cleaner had strewn all her full, heavy laundry bags across the bedroom doorway

to book spa before break told someone would get back to me they did not so i had to chase and then no space

good location, pet friendly and superb restaurant.

no hot tub in spa and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy pool is an extra cost of 25 per person.

spa had not yet been done so it was out dated and also was always kids in the pool when we wanted to go in and

the bar was lovely with a gorgeous outside area with sofas and a beautiful view

and, in the gym, there were not enough weights: 5kg, 6kg were missing

we were in a room above the fans from the kitchen it was a hot day and we wanted windows opened

on arrival, excellent room, spotless, and looked like new, complete with a complimentary yorkie bar (nice touch

travelled there for an endurance race and the spa bath in my room was amazing

room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable - queen size i believe

very poor wifi. didn't feel very comfortable amongst the locals

room was cosy, spotlessly clean, warm and so comfortable - we had an amazing night's sleep - the spa bath was

the food and drink was superb, both at breakfast and dinner

breakfast was gorgeous, with a continental and cooked breakfast with proper barista coffee included

a cooked breakfast option would be better if possible.

i suspect we only got breakfast on the wed am because i asked about it, even though i had pre paid

no breakfast was very disappointing, need to fix that

all the amenities, quality of bedding, towels etc kitchen

the kitchen was not well-equipped, which was disappointing as we enjoy cooking meals when staying in

simple, clean accommodation with hot tub and well equipped kitchen set in a secluded park
