the wifi at level four was not so good.it was a bit dissappointing when wanting to work.

thanks to the hotel team for raising the bar and delivering with excellence

wifi signal wasn't the best and dstv didn't work properly

the wifi,tv with dstv and aircon with a private balcony really added that extra touch of leisure during

rooms very spacious and clean. aircons. sufficient parking.

15 min by car to the airport, staff very friendly, secure parking behind gate of the property

wifi networks was very spotty could not working ie attend meetings with it

lots of space around the hotel grounds. safe parking etc.

the parking must improve.

staff noise at the kitchen or dinning hall was the worst i have ever experienced from very early hours to midnight

there was only 1 small towel in the bathroom (had to call for more) wifi is not a secured network

staff at bar and reception they are so welcoming,

wonderful swimming pool and garden, perfect to have breakfast, very enjoyable hotel

there was no bar fridge in the room

nice relaxing garden, jacuzzi in bathroom, restuarant, parking, wifi, pool and breakfast

budget room they should cut it out, it is next to their laundry, the walls are dirty and it smells of mold it

they don t accommodate for kids under 3years old when you call

the mini bar is complimentary and so is breakfast

wifi didn t work in our room.

the staff was very friendly and our breakfast was very yummy

super-comfortable king size bed, delicious dinner and breakfast, a wonderful view of the nature reserve lake,

the balcony just off the bar has a beautiful view where you can see flamingos down by the water

they also stock up the bar fridge with nice complimentary and sold drinks

the grounds:- are immaculate and well manicured providing plenty of spacious parking for our large 4x4

beautiful property. friendly staff. excellent breakfast.

welcome snacks and gym

details on the website state that the premises have a spa and gym

breakfast was amazing

room was prepared for one person, we booked for 2 adults

the breakfast was also very delicious with a great selection

not to even mention that there is no secure parking

no bar soap, only liquid, unless this is a covid safety measure

stayed ons the 2nd floor with a baby and a 8 year old in a non smoking room, the aircon didnt work and smoke

wish smoking had a balcony, fresh air.

night was a nightmare drunk people knocking on our doors, lots of noise on corridors and others smoking on

the only thing i enjoyed was the pool

easy and convenient, very safe. we chose a smoking room. breakfast was good.

property is neat as shown on the advertisement pictures, secure parking, nice staff i recommend this property

staff was super friendly, everything was clean and beautiful, parking space and security was up to co and it
