the rooms and the gym

laundry service and good breakfast

breakfast with variety gym, location, and friendly staff

smelling bad no towels, they said they have a problem with laundry gave us 1 toilet paper for the whole stay

fab pool including a shallow area for kids

fantastic gym

so so much to love about the place: the location, the facilities, the restaurants, the staff, parking

everything about this hotel is great. the restaurants, spa and accommodation.

the small showers. the shower tap with no pressure. the laundry pick up was very slow

of the room service ladies just walked into our room just as we undressed to shower

i really liked my room, shower and gym.

there is a nice pool for the kids

breakfast was good

the couples spa treatment was the absolute best

we also enjoyed the piano bar, with the pianist taking requestions (thank you for the moonlight sonata), and

we loved the cozy bar and the lush plantings on the grounds of the hotel

i really liked sitting outside at night by the fireplaces that were alway lit

room service is bad

breakfast , staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our daughter-in-law

only feedback for something to improve is the speed of the restaurant at breakfast time

from parking until i checked out

in the morning, we had the most amazing breakfast and the staff were really attentive and even remembered that

the people, facilities, breakfast

very friendly staff, facilities are exceptionally clean and well kept. secure parking.

room was clean, water was super hot, there is a small heater in the room, a small kitchenette well equipped

no tv.. blocked kitchen sink no air-conditioner

ur the best, like everything was perfect i can recommend to other friends and it's safe for kids

only problem was the wifi not working for a few hours

easy shuttle pick up. great welcoming staff. fantastic breakfast 11am checkout

the complimentary gym was a nice touch

room and of course the light meals that i orded ,the view by the pool, the cocktails.

convenient parking and comfortable sleep quality added to the comfort

the steak i ordered for room service was awful.

breakfast was fresh and had a great range of options

the wifi was very poor so had to pay for my own 4g to order an uber. costly.

the staff, the room, the location, the breakfast, the garden were superb
