of places do not bother about it , would a be a tad better if they extended the times maybe as kids didn't go

needs more glasses and crockery in the kitchen. needs a deep clean as getting grubby

in room did not open without the handle falling off which was kind of annoying and also the wifi did not work

and great location really over price and really focussed in making money charges for an early check in when the

lack of parking at door

staff were amazing and they even put rose petals on the bed as it was our 15th anniversary loved this hotel

the kids enjoyed the stag xmas lights on arrival outside the building

pool. hot tub ...

the room service food (from the nineteenth menu) was really very good

the gym had all you needed

staff, fabulous breakfast and beautiful gardens

wedding til late very noisy, kids running down corridors all night. aircraft noise overnight too

breakfast buffet was excellent as well as dinner options

my wife loved the spa bath

location excellent ambiance lovely grounds and great room service

i thought breakfast was included but it was not.

good wifi. a bit too loud as the room was exactly under the kitchen. but otherwise all was fine

to us they gave us upgrade,, which we were surprised but the room was downstairs,, just under kitchen and dining

the room is also directly located under the kitchen so when the staff got up to make breakfasts i would also

check in, bar and breakfast
