the pool, while lovely, is usually in the shade and not in an ideal location for sun bathing

the room service menu and the restaurant options.

strange how the restaurant bar doesn't take to-go orders at bar for guests

the mini bar was empty but it had to be ordered if you required one

the staff were exceptional, especially the room service.

we loved the lobby and our room. the pool and the fire pit where the cherry on top.

pool and gym

on the walls, the staff that checked us in didn t even tell us about the coffee and happy hour, room service

everything. the entire stay was very spa like, from the valet to check in to all the amenities.

from valet, to room service, to in-room dining, to housekeeping you will be hard pressed to find anything

we also ate at the hotel restaurants (excellent food) and had room service

the pool that extends over the building is fantastic

the bar staff by the pool was friendly and provided lovely poolside cocktails

the rose petal service was performed exceptionally

but it's a good thing for it to be shaded if you have kids

rooms and free breakfast

i did not prefer to order room service nor usea credit card for the vending machine on my floor

i do not recommend for a family with younger kids

the bar that was available and also the parking was easy in and out.

did not use pool, but it did look very inviting

in late ---little before ten pm was told that the bar served food until 12--not the case because kitchen shut

we very much appreciated all the safety/ cleaning measures and reservations needed for the pool

does not work, couryains does not work, i report 3 times laundry bad service room,2 days did not

room service seems to have taken liberties with my bill

they did, however let me use the facilities in the gym to at least do my hair and make up

the view from the room windows is cool, on the 3rd floor there is a gym that is chill early in the morning and

expecting the pool and breakfast booked online

and unlike a hotel i stayed in last week they only provided coffee pods and nothing g for kids

told me a booked a king suite with just a bed no pull out couch and i know i didn't bcuz i had 2 kids with me

not the closest to the airport, but still within a 15 minute shuttle ride

were clean, beds were so soft, inside pool was what kids wanted and jacuzzi was what i needed

at 9:30 we did not arrive to the hotel until after midnight because of plane delays and so the kids did not get

coffee and juice machines don t stay on all day laundry machines barely work

parking lot was small and was full on the weekends
