pool was awesome

pool shutdown during our stay. kids were disappointed

pretty easy access and good parking

definitely wasn't what we we're expecting to see when we pulled into the parking lot

they also have a pretty nice free breakfast in the mornings with lots to choose from, and even a laundry room

the pool was freezing cold and all the kids ended up in the jacuzzi, consequently the jacuzzi water level was

the shuttle wasn't on time and the shuttle on the way back from time to time and broke down

pool area, kids splashing in the hot tub, unsupervised, food and drinks all over in pool area

the concierge offered a private shuttle even though our destination was outside of there normal radius

i love the staff especially the kitchen attendant.
